Your personal AI copilot,
made for Odoo implementations.

It remembers every decision, catches drift the moment it starts, and advises like a senior consultant on their hundredth rollout.

The stakes

Implementations don't fail at go-live. The damage is done long before anyone configures a thing.

Built, but never billed

A half-remembered call becomes a day of configuration nobody actually asked for. The work ships — the invoice never does.

“That was agreed.” Was it?

52% of projects report scope creep (PMI). Without a citable record, that debate ends the same way every time: you do it for free.

Found out at go-live

A decision locked in Discovery gets quietly contradicted in Configuration — and surfaces at the most expensive possible moment.

That is the gap Implenova closes — everything on the record, so a favour for a client is generosity, not amnesia.

  1. 01

    Presales

Walk into the pitch with the full picture. It hands you the value to open with and the risk worth naming, plus the one line that makes the client trust you.

    Presales · talking points
    • Lead with go-live risk, not the feature list.
    • Anchor single-step picking early. It protects the date.
    • Name the one-way-door config calls before they sign.

Say this“We'll lock picking to single-step now, so go-live isn't at risk later.”

  2. 02

    Discovery

Every requirement lands as a structured fact. Those facts turn straight into the user stories your team builds against.

    Discovery · user stories
    • US-001 As a warehouse operator, I want single-step picking so I can dispatch without a staging step.
    • US-002 As a fulfilment lead, I want delivery confirmed in one action so go-live isn't delayed.

    FACT-0089 single-step picking · protects the go-live date

  3. 03

    Migration

Hand over the messy export. You get back a clean, validated import file: duplicates merged, External-IDs assigned, dates that actually parse.

Migration · the file the copilot built for you
contacts_FINAL_v3.xlsx "Acme Inc.,, dup?" no external_id date: 13/31/2024
    res.partner.import.csv Acme Inc. · merged external_id ✓ set date ✓ normalised

    res.partner.import.csv · 412 rows · 9 dupes merged · ready to import

  4. 04

    Configuration

Build it in the right order. The moment a setting contradicts an earlier decision, it gets flagged, with the trail to prove it.

    Support

The brain kept every decision, so a ticket gets a sourced answer in seconds. No archaeology. Nobody hunting for the one person who remembers.

    Support · instant answer

    Ticket #2049“Why can't we enable multi-step routing?”

Single-step picking was locked in Discovery · FACT-0089 to protect go-live, and multi-step was flagged & rejected in Config · CONFIG-0214. Turning it on reopens that decision. Here's the trail.

The toolkit

What it hands you along the way.

Transcripts in, requirements out

Paste or drop a call transcript (.txt, .vtt, .srt) — it becomes typed, citable facts in the project brain.

One-click UAT library

Generate from brain: test cases grouped by business flow, each tracing back to a recorded fact.

Prioritized user stories

Requirements become MoSCoW-prioritized stories grouped by Odoo functional area — CSV export included.

Firm-branded PDFs

Any deliverable renders to a page-numbered PDF with your logo and colors — client-ready as-is.

One search across every project

Search your whole institutional memory from anywhere (⌘K / Ctrl K) — hits jump straight to the fact in context.

Push into Odoo, safely

Preflight, then staging, then production — idempotent External-ID upserts that never duplicate a record.

What changes

One memory across the whole project changes how it runs.

100% of phases held in one brain, presales to support, nothing dropped between them.
0 decisions lost between discovery and go-live. Every one stays a sourced fact.
Day 1 every consultant runs the project with the full Odoo playbook.

The tool you're actually replacing

Your team already uses AI to get through the day. Just not one that knows Odoo and remembers the project.

Capability A general chatbot Implenova
Project memory Forgets between sessions, starts from zero Remembers every decision across the whole project
Cross-phase conflicts No awareness of earlier phases Flags the moment new work contradicts an earlier decision
Transcripts & documents You paste the context in every time Bring in call transcripts and documents; they become searchable project memory
Migration files Can talk about your spreadsheet, cannot build the import Produces a near-ready Odoo import, duplicates scanned out, validated against Odoo's fields
Stories & test scenarios You write and format them yourself Generated from the project's real requirements, each traceable to its source
Odoo expertise Generic answers, no Odoo discipline Built on Odoo's actual fields and the modules rollouts run on
Holding the line Will happily wave through a risky shortcut Has a spine, will not wave through a go-live that is not ready
Provenance An answer with no audit trail Every fact and deliverable traces to its source, citable

Purpose-built

Built for Odoo, not bolted on.

It knows the objects, the import rules, and the configuration order Odoo rollouts actually run on. Grounded in Odoo's real schema and docs — not the open internet. One platform, done properly, before we widen to the enterprise.

18,301 reference points it answers from — 12,472 official documentation sections and 5,829 schema fields, scoped to Odoo 17, 18 and 19.
10 client-ready deliverable types, each generated from your captured facts.
3 safety modes before anything touches production: preflight, staging, live.

FAQ

The questions partners ask first.

Projects fail in the human phases, not the tech. What does this change?

Most ERP failures trace back to requirements and decisions that were never written down, or that quietly changed and nobody noticed. Implenova captures every decision, requirement, constraint and risk as a traceable fact across every phase, and flags contradictions the moment they appear. It works on the human-phase failures directly, where projects actually go wrong.

What happens to the project knowledge when a consultant leaves mid-project?

It stays. The decisions live in the shared project brain, searchable and attributed to their source, not in one person's head or a folder of call notes. Whoever picks the project up inherits the full context instead of starting an excavation.

We already use ChatGPT. Why is this different?

A general chatbot starts cold every session. Implenova keeps a persistent, typed memory of the project, catches when new work contradicts an earlier decision, brings Odoo discipline to every phase, and produces traceable, Odoo-ready deliverables. Same habit, a tool built for the job.

Where does our project data live, and is it secure?

Each firm's project brains live in an isolated per-organization workspace, and your client's Odoo credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM). Nothing you put in is used to train shared models. We will publish full security documentation and sign a DPA before you put real client data in.

Does it replace our senior consultants' judgment?

No, and it is not meant to. It gives your whole team the project's full memory and Odoo's proven playbook on tap, so no one person is the single point of failure on a job. It supports judgment, it does not make the call.

How does the migration tooling avoid the usual import disasters?

It profiles the data, validates it against Odoo's import rules, and specifically defends against the External-ID trap that silently duplicates records on re-import. It covers a curated catalog of the most common Odoo objects rather than the entire object model, so you get safety on the imports that actually break projects.

Is the AI something we have to set up or pay for separately?

No. There are no API keys to manage and no separate AI bill. The AI is bundled and runs server-side, so it works the moment your team logs in.
